01 / Number-one priority

Banana App

Banana App is our flagship technology project: a time- and location-sensitive platform designed to help grocery stores, restaurants, produce stands, and other donors share edible surplus food directly with nearby people who can use it.

Development has resumed with privacy, reliability, accessibility, and a simpler experience guiding the rebuild.

Mobile Library

Archival planning records show that BGP developed the Mobile Library initiative from at least 2014 through 2016. The materials include a formal proposal, program requirements, priority-location planning, a Seattle Public Library account worksheet, a Philippines presentation, and pilot-launch materials.

Mobile Library is presented as a historical initiative while its original proposals and pilot records are reviewed for a fuller public history.

Niki

Niki is a speech-therapy app being shaped as a welcoming, child-friendly space for guided practice, communication, and progress.

The public project page introduces its purpose and early visual direction. The working application will require user sign-in, while administrative reporting will remain restricted to authorized administrators.

Volunteers serving warm meals to children at a community feeding program
04 / Direct service

Soup Kitchen

Our community meal work reflects the organization’s earliest response to hunger: gather people, prepare food, and serve neighbors with care and dignity.

These volunteer-led efforts created more than meals. They built relationships, made room for service, and kept the organization grounded in the human reality behind every technology project.

Youth Leadership Training

Youth Leadership Training helps young people strengthen confidence, communication, teamwork, and a service-oriented understanding of leadership.

The program encourages young people to recognize community needs and develop practical ideas that can create positive change.
