Marketing Coordinator

The Be Good Project is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator for our Banana App project.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • Manage end-to-end email production process within MailChimp (And more): planning, receiving and translating business requirements; creating and organizing production assets; generating audience segments; building, testing and deploying email campaigns, analyzing and reporting results
  • Ability to track results, find insights from data, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Continually gather feedback on and pilot new approaches to improve programs
  • Own all executions of the current marketing-technology ecosystem – including, but not limited to: Digital Communications, Email Automation, Website Management, Reporting and Analytics
  • Partner on marketing KPIs and reporting with focus on uncovering insights and trends to help optimize future programs
  • Collaborate on strategy with internal stakeholders, the communications team and partner agencies to offer subject matter expertise, execution and ongoing management of our marketing technology stack

REQUIRED SKILLS -

  • Experience with evolving marketing technology stacks, managing third party technical experts and partnerships with the internal IT organization
  • Understanding and application of innovative digital strategies and multichannel application to confidently direct a digital-first marketing approach
  • Project management skills with ability to build collaborative working relationships and understands how to optimize resources to meet objectives
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a focus on and progressive responsibilities within digital strategies and technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, technology management, communication, business administration or similar field with preference for advanced degrees and education

  • We are based in Seattle, WA (Pacific Time)
  • Volunteers outside the Pacific Northwest are welcome but are encouraged to check our location's time difference.
